Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 6, 2026

Welcome to Luvana AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your deployment of AI Employees, usage of our integration APIs, and engagement of our custom workforce agency services.

1. AI Employee License & Usage

Subject to these Terms, Luvana AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to onboard, configure, and operate our autonomous digital workers (including Nova, Swara, Arjun, Alina, Lyra, Orion, and Luvana) inside your designated enterprise channels.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to configure AI Employees to execute operations that violate state or federal regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Deploy automated calling or messaging in violation of local communication laws (e.g. TCPA, GDPR).
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from other clients' active workspaces.
  • Inject malware or execute reverse-engineering processes against Luvana's neural routing backend.

3. Integration Dependencies

Luvana's digital workforce operates by interacting with external cloud systems (e.g. Slack, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Salesforce). Luvana AI is not responsible for operational delays, data synchronization latency, or API access failures caused by third-party services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Luvana AI provides digital workers to support business workflows. While our models are tested for accuracy, outcomes are subject to your parameters and training details. Luvana AI shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, data losses, or operational downtime resulting from AI Employee execution.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate integration licenses and API tokens for accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks to our core routing systems.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of company registration, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
